These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, products, content, and documentation provided by TASOLU Oy ("TASOLU", "we", "us", or "our"), including those offered through proposals, contracts, and via the website tasolu.fi.

By accepting an offer or using TASOLU's services or materials, you ("you", "the client", or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
TASOLU provides consulting, development, and educational services, along with related digital products, reports, frameworks, and tools. Services and deliverables are provided as described in each individual offer, proposal, or agreement.

2. Use of Deliverables
License Grant: Subject to the terms outlined in the specific agreement or offer between you and TASOLU, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided. The scope, duration, and any restrictions of this license will be detailed in the respective agreement or offer.

Restrictions: Unless explicitly permitted in your agreement with TASOLU, you shall not:
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the deliverables.
- Use the deliverables for purposes outside the scope defined in your agreement.
- Share the deliverables with third parties without TASOLU's prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: Upon full payment and as specified in your agreement, you shall own all rights, title, and interest in the deliverables provided by TASOLU. However, TASOLU retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, methodologies, or tools used in the creation of the deliverables.

4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of engagement and for a period of two years thereafter.

5. Data Protection
TASOLU is committed to protecting your privacy and will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: TASOLU provides services and materials "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland.
